New Years Eve Make Up

It's New Years Eve! I can't believe how quickly it's come around again. I thought I'd share a little make up look in case you're in need of a little inspiration.
I thought I'd go all out today and do lovely gold/ bronze eye with a bold matt lip.

As this is quite a bold look I decided to start with a nice fresh, dewy base. I used Chanel Vitalumiere in shade 10, then concealed dark circles and redness with my favourite concealer ever, NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Vanilla. I set the under eye area and my T-Zone with Rimmel Stay Matt translucent power.

For Cheeks I decided to go subtle with just a hint of rosy pink. I used the Natural Collection blush in Dusky Pink with a just a little Seventeen Instant Glow Bronzer in Light under the cheekbones to create some much needed definition.

I started by priming the lids with the Urban Decay Primer Potion to make there's no creasing. The shadows I used are from the MakeUp Revolution Flawless pallet. Why, oh why don't MakeUp Rev give they're pallet shades names???? I used a burnished gold shade (2nd row 5th eyeshadow) all over the lid up to the brow bone. Then in the outer corner I added  some of the bronze shade that directly underneath in the pallet. I used a little of the bronze under the outer third.

To finish I lined the lid with Revlon ColorStay Liquid Liner Black Brown with a little flick, then coated top and bottom lased with Benefit They're Real! Mascara.

For brows I kept things really simple with just a swipe of Maybelline Brow Drama in Medium Brown to keep things looking tidy.

The lips are super simple! I just used Sleek Eu La La Liner in Firecracker to line the lips and fill 'em in. Et voilla!

I hope you liked this post.  Leave a comment below if you' d like more make up looks.
