The Island Fish Fry takes place every Thursday night. It's a great opportunity to try some of the local delicacies, namely, Conch. Conch is a type of sea snail which everyone here seems to go crazy over. They absolutely love it. Grilled, fried, made in to fritters, no cooking method is ruled out. I gave the fritters a go. It's an interesting texture, like really soft scampy.

After sampling the food it was time to party! A Caribbean carnival blew through the crowd with whistles and drums getting everyone in the mood to party. 

After all that excitement refreshments were required in the form of fresh coconut water. Mine was the pure natural kind.... Here's a slightly ridiculous looking picture.
