Mudjin Harbour and Dragon Island

The coastal path lead us past this little circle of calm. We sat for a while absorbing the view and the atmosphere, feeling the sun on our skin and the salt in the air.

If it's spectacular views you're after, you really can't beat Middle Caicos. The high limestone cliffs of Mudjin Harbour offer breathtaking views over Dragon Island, a rock formation that looks (surprise, surprise) like a dragon.
We continued down the winding path surprised by our lush green surroundings.
Down a hidden staircase carved into the cliff hides a cove.
We visited at high tide. Probably not the most sensible idea. We ran and jumped as the sea enveloped the cove. Laughing and screaming as the the sea level reached mid thigh we decided to call it a day and head back to Turks and Caicos for a bit of R&R.
